When Jesus returns to His hometown of Nazareth, the people are offended by His wisdom and power, rejecting Him out of pride and familiarity. Spiritual understanding is not just intellectual, but heart-deep—and the greatest obstacle to belief is not ignorance, but pride that refuses to see Christ for who He truly is.
